Construction, Finishing, and Furnishing of Al-Lu’lu’a Hotel (The Pearl Hotel)

Al-Saeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (SADCO) began the construction of Al-Lu’lu’a Hotel in November 2020. The entire project was completed and delivered in December 2024.

The hotel is located in Hurghada City, overlooking the new tourist promenade near the Red Sea beach. It is approximately 18 km from the city center and 22 km from Hurghada International Airport.

The hotel is built on a total area of 7,500 square meters.

Main Entrance & Design

The main entrance is located between the hotel rooms wing and the serviced apartments wing. It features a modern glass façade for elegance, with a panoramic elevator offering views of the pool and landscaped areas.

Hotel Structure

The hotel comprises a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors, including:

  • Two reception areas with streamlined check-in/out systems:

    • Main reception (main building) with upscale décor, lighting, furniture, and an illuminated indoor fountain.

    • Secondary reception (apartment building) for group bookings and tours.

  • Ground floor: Main reception.

  • First floor: Cafeteria for 100+ guests, serving beverages/snacks with panoramic garden/pool views.

  • Second floor: Main restaurant for 120+ guests, offering Eastern/international cuisine and baked goods (with pool/landscape views).

  • Third floor:

    • Open-air café (60+ guests).

    • Fully equipped meeting room with a display screen, internet, refreshments, and a private bathroom.

Hotel Wings

The hotel is divided into two main wings, and all residential units overlook the pool and landscaped area.

  1. Hotel Rooms Building:

  • Contains 38 hotel rooms:

    • Some with a king-sized bed

    • Others with two medium-sized beds

    • One hotel suite with a master bedroom, living room, bathroom, and beverage/food corner

    • 6 chalets facing the hotel’s main swimming pool

  1. Serviced Apartments Building:

  • 42 apartments with two bedrooms, a reception area, two bathrooms, and a kitchen

  • 1 apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen

  • 4 luxury suites located on the third floor

All apartments are furnished with upscale furniture and equipped kitchens (including fridge, microwave, stove, and washing machine).

Landscape Area:

A standout feature of the hotel, it includes 3 swimming pools:

  • A main adult pool (400 sqm) with 2 jacuzzis (6-person capacity each) and a uniquely designed illuminated fountain

  • A mixed adult and kids pool (100 sqm)

  • A children’s pool (50 sqm)

All pools are heated and equipped with filtration, lighting, and heating systems, operated from a high-tech machine room.

There is also a terrace (450 sqm) overlooking the landscape and pools, accommodating over 120 people, with a café and large screens for entertainment and sports events.

Beneath the apartment building and pool area are two cafés offering snacks and drinks, each with:

  • Air-conditioned indoor seating

  • Outdoor seating by the pool and theater

The landscape area also includes:

  • An entertainment theater equipped with sound, lighting, and a large display screen

  • Two game rooms with billiards, table tennis, and a children’s play area

  • Men’s and women’s gyms with the latest international equipment

Additional Amenities:

  • Medical clinic equipped for emergency care

  • Dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas for food and beverages

  • Storage for housekeeping and hotel operation supplies

  • Maintenance department with workshops and repair stores for quick fixes at any time

  • Hotel management systems, accounting systems, and communication networks serving guest rooms, apartments, and administrative offices

  • Security and surveillance systems meeting Civil Protection standards:

    • 24/7 CCTV system

    • Modern fire alarm and suppression system with American-made equipment

  • Backup generator covering most of the hotel’s power needs during outages

  • On-site laundry equipped with advanced machines for guest and hotel needs
